We are looking for a senior systems security expert for a long-term assignment in the development and maintenance of complex technical products where each delivery constitutes a system of systems. You will play a central role in product development, responsible for ensuring that systems security becomes an integrated part of the work throughout the entire lifecycle – from concept and requirements to delivered and operational products.

The assignment is characterized by a holistic view where technology, usage, people, and environment are weighed together, and where security is treated as a fundamental product characteristic.

• Lead and conduct systems security work for complex systems and systems of systems
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks at the system and product level
• Develop, manage, and anchor systems security requirements and security arguments
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Work closely with systems engineers and project management in product development
• Act as the systems security representative towards internal and external stakeholders

• At least 10 years of experience in systems security work at the system/product level
• Very good experience working according to MIL-STD-882E (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering, preferably according to ISO/IEC 15288
• Experience working in a structured, formal, and traceable manner in complex technical environments
• Ability to see and manage the whole in large technical contexts
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience from defense, aviation, or other security-critical/regulatory industries
• Previous technical leadership or advisory role in systems security
• Experience with products with long lifecycles
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
